About me

My passion for conflict transformation started at the age of 16, when I interviewed Russian neo-Nazi groups to understand their violence. My journey led me from theater work in Philippine prisons to conflict research and senior management roles before opening an independent mediation practice based in Zurich.

I've facilitated hundreds of conversations and implemented large-scale dialogue processes with people ranging from disenfranchised youth to political and economic leaders.

I love this work because it allows me to integrate an analytical mind and an empathic heart. I embrace complexity and hold space for strong emotions. I am moved by the challenges that life presents us and by our human capacity to heal and grow.
